In-Stock Items (Ready to Ship)

Orders containing in-stock Solosquads pieces will be processed within 5–7 business days. This processing time allows us to perform final quality checks and carefully package your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

We work with reliable shipping carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.


Pre-Order / Limited Drop Items

Some Solosquads pieces are released as limited pre-order drops. These items are produced in controlled quantities to maintain exclusivity and quality.

For pre-order items:

  • Production and shipping typically take 3–6 weeks

  • This timeframe includes manufacturing, quality control, and transit

  • Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email


Orders Containing Multiple Item Types

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately based on their respective timelines. This ensures that ready items are not delayed.


Shipping Updates

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipment confirmation

  • Tracking details

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.
